Alyssa Pacific, LICSW
Founder and CEO at A Well Place, LLC.
She has comprehensive experience as a psychotherapist in private practice, inpatient/outpatient mental health, and school and community settings. She has worked with various age populations in individual, group and family therapy. She is currently specializing in the treatment of adolescents, young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, mood disturbance, trauma, LGBTQIA issues, identity and personality development, grief and loss, academic and work issues, adjustments to life transitions, interpersonal struggles, self-harm and suicidality.
Alyssa has been described as warm, caring, humorous, thoughtful, sensitive, and easy to talk to. Through her work Alyssa has developed the ability to draw upon a variety of care modalities, including psychodynamic, insight oriented, expressive, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, interpersonal, mindfulness practices, and systems perspectives. She is committed to identify, encourage, and value your strengths and support you in improving your relationships to live a fuller, more satisfying life.

Ali Mason Mills

Ali has a long history of providing highly responsible, diversified and confidential administrative support. Ali manages the office and maintains comprehensive knowledge of executive operations, policies, practices and personnel.

Coordinates and facilitates high-level executive functions with wide latitude for independent judgment.

Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences. Coordinates payroll. Handles IT setup and issues.

Leighton Jones (they/them), LCSW

Leighton Jones is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes in the power of partnership and self-determination. With a Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University (2023), Leighton takes a personalized approach that centers on your individual experiences and aspirations. They use a blend of evidence-based techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), harm reduction, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore and heal. Leighton specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities but has a broad range of experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds. They are committed to supporting clients dealing with a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, dating and domestic violence, neurodivergence, and mental or physical disabilities. Whether you're navigating complex emotions, seeking effective tools for stress management, or healing from past trauma, working with Leighton you will find a supportive environment where you can pause, reflect, and build resilience. Danielle Warford, LCSW

Danielle is a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist who believes each client possesses strengths and goals. Danielle strives to understand each client's unique lived experiences in order to work collaboratively and creatively to empower each client with the tools and skills to get unstuck, cope with challenges and stressors, gain a sense of control over distressing thoughts and emotions, regulate the nervous system, and reach short-term and/or long-term goals. With a master's degree in clinical social work from The Ohio State University, Danielle has experience providing individual therapy to young adults and adults and strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for all clients. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety and panic, depression, chronic illness, chronic pain, self-esteem, ADHD, identity, grief and loss, and LGBTQIA+ issues. She leads with warmth and utilizes her training and creativity to customize therapy to fit each client and utilizes a blend of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).


Kellie Dahlstrom, MSW, LICSW
Psychotherapist
Kellie believes therapy is a collaborative partnership built on compassion, curiosity, and self-discovery. Working from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective, she helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic medical issues, and major life transitions.
She integrates a variety of clinical modalities and mindfulness-based approaches to support each client’s growth and healing process. Kellie’s experience includes private practice, inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, and community-based care, including palliative and hospice work.
A graduate of Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, Kellie has completed post-graduate training in mindfulness-based techniques through the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies. She is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported in their process of healing and self-understanding.


David Sklar, LCSW
David attended Ramapo College of New Jersey where he received his Masters in Social Work (2022). He has worked with an array of populations, families and individuals who had experienced crises. He holds the belief that every person has a distinct story to tell. These tales help shape and influence each decision, emotion, thought and behavior we experience as human beings.
Wearing his clinician utility belt equipped with a cultural-humility lens, strength-based multi-tool and trauma-informed road map, David utilizes varying strategies from across the therapeutic landscape to assist clients in achieving both short and long term goals. Using modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Techniques, Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist patients with traversing their unique lived experiences. These challenges include anxiety, depression, grief, family dynamics, self-esteem, self-harm, suicide, ASD and ADHD.

Leila Kott, LICSW
Psychotherapist
Leila is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker whose work has allowed her to support clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss. She has had the honor to meet with a diverse population, stretching across the lifespan from teens and emerging adults to individuals facing end of life. Leila has extensive experience working to address trauma, including providing psychotherapy to individuals with refugee status and those who have experienced trauma related to war and displacement. She is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II).
Leila’s approach and therapeutic philosophy continues to evolve, but is always informed by the needs of each individual client. Embracing a client centered and client driven approach to psychotherapy, Leila believes you are the expert on your own life, and your perspective is crucial to the therapeutic process. Leila’s goal is to foster a warm, nurturing, and safe environment so you can process your experiences, thoughts, and emotions to gain deeper insight.
