Full-Time Child & Adolescent Therapist (W2 Position)
 

Job description:

A Well Place, LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy practice based in Worcester, MA, with a strong focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care to children, adolescents, and families.

We are currently seeking a full-time clinician who is passionate about working with youth populations (ages ~8–17) and is looking to build a consistent caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for both fully licensed clinicians and those actively working toward licensure who want to develop clinical depth while being part of a small, connected team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy to children and adolescents

• Collaborate with families when appropriate to support treatment goals

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in a team-oriented environment with access to peer support and consultation

• Build and maintain a consistent caseload with administrative support

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts

• (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT track preferred)

• Strong interest in working with children and adolescents

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

• Full-time schedule (approximately 25–30 client hours/week)

• W2 employee position

• Estimated annual earnings: $55,000–$75,000+, based on caseload and licensure level
