Outpatient Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) – W2 Part-Time & Full-Time

A Well Place, LLC is an outpatient mental health therapy practice in Worcester, MA, seeking LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, and license-eligible therapists for W2 part-time and full-time positions. These roles offers 10 or 22 client-facing hours per week, flexible scheduling, in-person and telehealth services, and comprehensive administrative support.

Position Overview

• W2 employee position

• This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with expected client-facing hours ranging from 10 or 22 per week

• Flexible scheduling within agreed-upon availability

• In-person sessions in our Worcester, MA office with telehealth options

• Fully furnished office space provided

• Comprehensive administrative, billing, and scheduling support

Compensation & Growth

• Annual compensation: $33,750 – $79,500, based on licensure, experience, and client-facing hours (10 or 22/week)
